Eli's Pre-Party

Eli had lots of birthday parties, but didn't have a "REAL" Birthday party at all this year.  We asked him if he wanted a "friends" party or if he wanted to go to Schlitterbahn with the family instead.  He chose Schlitterbahn.  I didn't take my camera to that because hey, it's a water park.  Let's just say, my mom kept Tessa and we had a great time.  Cousin Megan came along, too.  It was awesome.  

But, on the Sunday before his birthday, we had people over for cake and we let Eli open his special super hero cookies.  Aren't they cool??! 

 Dora helped him blow out his candles.  Haha.  Those two are just the best of friends.  I love it.

 Nana made the cake and Lerdleluh did the frosting.

 Emmy kind of stole the show with her little get-up.

 Eli got a custom messenger bag with his name that matches daddy's (in theme).  Daddy's Yoda and Eli got Darth Vader.
