The kids woke me up with their glee about the stuff at 230 am!! Gah! They were so excited they didn't go back to sleep despite my threats, cajoling and scolding until 430 am. They woke again at 615! Moms tired!!
When Emmy woke up the kids were giddy to use their moving, singing stuffed animals.
The kids got a stuffed animal each. Also a singing one. Tess just got a tiny stuffed hello kitty and a peeping chick.
The big kids got chalk eggs, one toy each, angry birds kites and one big thing each. Emmy got little pet shop teensies. Dora got a play doh kit. Eli got an ant farm. Plus they got a chocolate bunny and peeps. We tried to limit the candy this year tho.
Poor Emmy got stung by a bee while playing outside! Tessa was happy and cute. Dad wasn't here because he works nights so he slept all morning.
We did have a little lesson about Jesus and Easter. Hope you all have. Joy filled Easter in which we honor the sacrifice and example of our Savior!!
