Here's the spread. We kept it simple but it still ended up including a lot. Turkey, gravy, rolls, stuffed mushrooms, spinach bacon salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, stuffing, cranberry salad, and two pies (cherry and apple.)
My mom and Dora -- both big kids wanted to sit by my mom.
And this little girl is currently hucking everything from her tray onto the ground. GRRR!! But she LOVES HER DAD! She will eat some if she's sitting on his lap.
We had a wonderful thanksgiving, and we have certainly had a lot to be grateful this year. A few of our top blessings are:
Healthy family (other than a blip with my mom's appendix!)
Beautiful children...
Another child on the way...
Good job for Whit. Erratic work for me. ;)
My dad has a job again. My mom's business is doing well...
We are all happy!
We have a beautiful home.
Eli is doing great in kindergarten.
Emmy is walking now.
Dora is starting to read.
We have good friends and live near family.
Most of all we are so Thankful for the gospel and for our Savior Jesus Christ. We are grateful that we will all be together forever. We are grateful for the plan of salvation and the atonement so we can be forgiven as we learn and grow.
ALL IS WELL! Happy Thanksgiving 2012!!
