RIchmond 1st Christmas Party and Dee's Baptism

Whitney ran his marathon on Saturday morning in 36-39 degree weather.  He made it in 4 hours and 17 minutes.  I am so proud of him!  Then he and Eli drove straight back and they met us at the Ward Party.  It was a Pajama Party--Polar Express!  The food was great.

Look how happy the babies are to see their dad!

Neither would give up their place on his lap so he kept them both close, feeding both of their greedy faces!!

Miss Rachael came and sat by us to help out!
Emmy was even being nice to her sister! Miracles happen!
 Look at these two cuties!
Sunday was a LONG day.  Neither of the girls got a nap and we went straight to our dear friend Dee Forshee's baptism in Katy after church.  I gave a talk on baptism (based on Elder Bednar's talk about pickles) and I gave her a jar of olives because I didn't have any pickles in my cabinet!  Oh well.  Then she was baptized.  Emmy kept crying and yelling after that about how me, Whit, her, everyone really, should get in the water.  Ha.  I think she thought it was a huge tub.

Here's Dee and her friend Natalie (who set her up with Brian) who is in the middle there.
 Me and Dee!

Christmas Tree Decorating and TOT

We put up our Christmas tree right after Thanksgiving.  Eli and Dora were really excited!  :-)

Can you feel the excitement in their dancing moves?  Haha.
Tessa was just happy to be with her mom.
LOVE the double dimples. I got pretty okay shots for taking them myself.  While holding her.  Haha.
Dora got sick on Wednesday and so we didn't all go to Louisiana for the weekend like we thought.  Dora got well on Friday, and we made it to her TOT performance.  She really liked it and so did we.  I am glad my mom came because Emmy and Tessa were a handful! I'm not sure I'd have managed it alone! Dora was SO CUTE.  TOT stands for Teams of Tomorrow and it's a little basketball group that shows them how to bounce and dribble and stuff.
This is Dora's best friend Gabe.  They are in the same preschool class and I went to high school with his mom.  She has good judgment.  Haha. They are both in TOT too and they were cute at the performance!

I am so proud of my gorgeous little angel!

Thanksgiving!!

We went to Clint and Linsey's for Thanksgiving this year.  I think everyone had a fun time.  I made the kids hold still for a second for a few photos.  They weren't very happy about it (Emmy wouldn't even pause.  Haha)
The food was amazing!  I love thanksgiving.  :-)
Jeremy and his family and Linsey's mom were all there, too.  Emma brought Jon.

 Aren't they cute?
Here's the man of the house.
 SIBLINGS!
 Keeping it classy...
 Love these two!
TESSA IS SO ADORABLE! And she loves her grandma.

Love this big girl's eyes.  She picked this spring dress and insisted on wearing it! haha.

Good thing we live in Texas.
I mustache you a question... Is anyone cuter than Eli?  NO!
Emmy wouldn't even leave the playroom to eat.  haha. She staked her claim to several things as well.  If Xander went near her, or her claimed toys, she'd howl.
 Fireplace shot!
AFTER dinner (who does that!) we played football.  I mean that as the royal We.  I didn't really play at all.  I did take a few photos.  Jon and Eli played.  Eli was a little excited.  Can you tell?  Love his enthusiasm!

Tessa was a good sport!   Isn't she a little doll?  I am really enjoying this age, knowing this is my last and for ONCE not being pregnant with another little rugrat.  Not being pregnant changes my whole outlook on life!!

My little beauty is getting some fuzz on her head!! I love when they hit a year and it finally starts to grow!
Linsey "played" a little bit.  Go Linsey.  I sat it out.  Too many babies in my family.
Look at Eli's excitement!  Emmy loved this little car.
Dad played with Tessa and look how cute they both are!

 I LOVE THIS FACE!

 CUTE CHEEKS!
